Dear Title III State Directors,

 

A central part of the Department of Education’s Strategic Plan is accountability.  One way the Department has been holding itself accountable is by conducting an annual survey that measures the satisfaction of our grantees and partners with the services and products we provide you. 

 

Please assist us by completing the online survey that will be e-mailed to you by the CFI Group, the research firm that the Department contracted with to conduct the survey.  The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.  Department staff will not receive individual survey forms or information; they will only receive the aggregated survey results.

 

While the survey is voluntary, we count on your participation to provide us with representative results and to help us identify how best to serve you.  The success of this survey depends on the extent to which you respond. 

 

The survey can only be answered by the person who received the survey link.  If you think someone else should fill out the survey, please send that person’s name, email address, and phone number to [log in to unmask]
