Update requests for any other quarter can be submitted via the Update Tool (except Jobs). Job changes for previous quarters must be submitted via statement in the Text Box after the Jobs Description field (of the current open record, which is the 2011 Q4 report).

Please be reminded that www.FederalReporting.gov site closes Saturday, 1/14/2012. Any initial reports for 2011 Q4 that were not submitted by that date can never be submitted for Q4.
Updates to the reports can be made at a later date but ALL INITIAL reports for the quarter can only be entered until Saturday. Failure to do so can lead to your Impact Aid funding being frozen.
The listing of those required to submit reports is shown below for Formula and Discretionary Grants. Those highlighted in yellow have not been submitted.
This is the last reporting quarter for “ALL” ARRA FORMULA grants. All districts with open reports (listed below) must submit their Final report by Saturday.
Please also note the listing sent out yesterday via the Listserv of expiring DUNS# registrations at www.CCR.gov. We have already had one district unable to file their report this quarter because their DUNS# registration expired yesterday, not allowing enough time to renew (3-5 business days) before the Federal Reporting system closes on Saturday.

REMINDER for ALL with Open ARRA Grant Reports (Formula & Discretionary):
The time is approaching to submit your quarterly report for the ARRA grants.
2011 Q4 ends Saturday, 12/31/2011, and reporting at www.FederalReporting.gov begins the next day, 1/1/2012, and runs through 1/14/2012. Please prepare to report on time.
Please verify that your www.CCR.gov registration (which requires annual renewal) is up to date. You will be unable to login at www.FederalReporting.gov if your CCR registration is not active.
This can take 3-5 days to complete with approval so do not delay if this is required.
