If your district has not submitted a report, your status will be Non-Reporter and your Impact Aid funds will be frozen.

ARRA Reporting for Q3 is now open at www.FederalReporting.gov! 

There are 44 Formula & 18 Discretionary Grants (all listed below) that are required to report during this reporting period.  Please submit your reports no later than (NLT) Oct 14^th.

There are 3 districts (ALL of which must report this quarter) that have ALREADY EXPIRED DUNS number registrations at www.CCR.gov.  This means you cannot file your ARRA report or receive ANY U.S. Dept of Education funding until your registration is renewed.  Those districts are listed at the bottom of this email string.  Please remember that you need 3-5 business days administrative lead time for the registration to be approved and active.  Please do not get closed out of the system because you have not re-registered your DUNS number.

REMINDER:

The time is approaching to submit your quarterly report for the ARRA grants.  Q3 ends Friday, 9/30/2011, and reporting at www.FederalReporting.gov beings the next day, 10/1/2011, and runs through 10/14/2011. Please prepare to report on time.

Please verify that your www.CCR.gov registration (requires annual renewal) is up to date.  You will be unable to login at www.FederalReporting.gov if your CCR registration is not active. This can take 3-5 days to complete with approval so do not delay if this is required.

I’ve attached updated Tip Sheets for both types of ARRA grant (CFDA 84.401 Discretionary - and - CFDA 84.404 Formula).

The Discretionary Tip Sheet will be posted on our website by Monday.

44 Formula ARRA Grants (listed below in Award Number sequence) are required to report for 2011 Q3 (which ends Sep 30^th)  during the Initial Reporting Period of October 1^st thru the 14th. Expiring DUNS Numbers

While most who needed to update their DUNS number registration (annual requirement) at www.CCR.gov for this quarter have done so, please be reminded that 3 listed below (in Red) have already expired.  This means that you will be unable to login to www.FederalReporting.gov to submit an ARRA report as well as ALL U.S. Department of Education payments will be withheld. For the district in yellow, you should renew your CCR registration by November in the event you should need to make any changes at a later date during the Continuous Update period.
