Attached for your information is a letter that was sent to Chief State School Officers regarding the Department’s plans and schedule for 2010-11 monitoring by SASA. Beginning in January 2011 and through June 2011, the office will focus Title I State monitoring activities exclusively on the School Improvement Grants (SIG) Program. Please note that this change does not affect Title III monitoring activities.
