Dear Title III State Director,
Thank you to those of you who have already responded to the Department of Education's 2013 Grantee Satisfaction Survey. Your feedback will help us identify how best to serve you.
If you have not responded to the survey yet, there is still time. Survey links were sent out mid-April by the Department's contractor, the CFI Group. If you did not receive a link, please email the following information to Paul Klimecki ([log in to unmask]) with a carbon copy to Jeanne Nathanson ([log in to unmask]):
§ A request for a link to the 2013 Department of Education Grantee Satisfaction Survey
§ Your first and last name and title (if not in your electronic signature)
§ The name of the federal grant program you work with (e.g., Title I, Part A)
The CFI Group will ensure that you receive a survey link.
The survey should take about 25 minutes to complete. Department of Education staff will not view individual survey responses; they will receive only the aggregated survey results. A cornerstone of the Department of Education's Strategic Plan is accountability. One way we hold ourselves accountable is by conducting an annual survey that measures the satisfaction of our grantees with the services and products we provide. The survey is voluntary but we count on everyone's participate to provide us with representative results and help us identify how to better serve you.
Thank you for your assistance.
Supreet Anand
